Warranty

Valid 14 days after delivery. Return labels provided on request. Does not apply to change of mind.

Return the item to sender and it will be assessed for a replacement or refund. The warranty covers you if:

  • the item is clearly the incorrect item;
  • it is not representative of the photos, videos or description provided (with proof of such);
  • you believe the grading to be incorrect.

Cleaning process

Nothing is listed until it has been through the same process:

  • Cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner using water-based, non-harmful solutions, for a maximum of two minutes — short enough not to damage the artwork printed on discs, vinyl and cases.
  • Spun until completely dry.
  • Discs buffed according to the grade above.
  • Cases carefully pulled apart and cleaned, with old stickers and grime removed, to get back as close to the original look as possible.
  • Every case individually sleeved for protection.
  • Everything bubble wrapped and packed to survive the post.

Games are always sent out working.
