International postage is available worldwide with Australia Post, calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Made-to-order and pre-order items
Some items, like our TAG Edition sculptures, are made and hand-painted to order after you buy and are shipped from the US.
- 25% deposit: you pay 25% at checkout to start your order. The remaining 75% is charged automatically to the same payment method later, and the date is shown at checkout.
- Estimated delivery: 8–12 weeks from order. The expected timeframe is shown on each product page.
- We'll email you when production starts and again when your order ships, with tracking.
- Because each piece is made for you, change-of-mind cancellations can't be refunded once production has started. This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law: if we can't deliver, or the item arrives faulty, you'll get a refund.
Packaging
Every game, manual and record is packed to protect the disc, case and artwork in transit. Collector’s editions and sealed items are packed with extra protection.
